If I upload scanned copies of say the US Marine Corps course on Land Navigation... would that be okay with ATS's TOS? the handbooks are course handouts and not copyrighted material but I thought it better to ask first... if not I can host off site...

Government documents not classified as "Secret" in any way are considered public domain... so if that's the case, have at it.

What about the Documents termed secret but obtained through open portal such as Wikileaks?

I started this thread - www.abovetopsecret.com... s it fine with ATS TOS?
