Yeah. I've thought about that myself. *shrugs* I sorta tune it out, though. I know it's impossible to do when I actually fall asleep... but the
timer thing is a good idea. I think my subconscious is also aware that TV is crap, though.lol
When I was around 13 I had the insane fear that someone was going to break into my house during the night. So I'd be trying to fall asleep, but the
littlest noise would just make me all paranoid. I'd end up not being able to go to sleep until the sun started rising... it sucked.. with the TV on I
couldn't hear all the little noises. I think that's how I developed the habit.
