Does anyone know any arabic languages? I saw this phrase the other day and was wondering what it means.

Gayamat Ie Gayamat Tak

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

Perhaps, but I found it at someone's apartment who appeared to be of arab descent. I have never studied any eastern languages. So any help would be good help.

Put it in google and i got "QAYAMAT SE QAYAMAT TAK" which is a film. The film titles translate into "from Judgment Day to Judgment Day"

This is what I found about it:

QAYAMAT SE QAYAMAT TAK
("from Judgment Day to Judgment Day" -- Qayamat is a Persian word denoting the Islamic concept of the final judgment or doomsday.)
1988, Hindi, 155 minutes.
Directed by Mansoor Khan. Lyrics by Majrooh Sultanpuri. Music by Anand Milind.

it was an excellent movie too, very sweet love story sort like romeo and juliet. Two rival families, kids fall in love, you know the deal. It is a very popular hindi movie, excellent songs too
www.uiowa.edu...

the arabic person either likes the movie a whole lot, or he or she is one of those "end of the times" people, you should ask.
