Looks liked Obama lied on purpose!

Well there you have it, looks like Obama knew from the start that he couldnt close down Gitmo.

He said he was "not disappointed" that the deadline had slipped, saying he "knew this was going to be hard".

Why even make a promise knowing your not going to keep it?

Its was just for the votes.

Where are the words "Obama lied on purpose" in article? Wait! a minute did you make it up? Oh, but why did you do that for when in the article it says

People should be told the truth that the president does not have the real power to do this.

Obama has the power to get any one tortured and killed, but thats about it. He does not have the power to stop the system, unless behind the scenes they decide, but of course they did not.

Still not sure about obama, but one thing is for sure, i think he is learning how much power the president really has.

If you read between the lines of what he said it isnt hard to see that he knew exactly that he couldnt close it down that fast.

Then why make those election promises at all?
