I totally agree. Small things blown out of proportion. I see nothing wrong with the photo. Does this little guy need to apologize as well?

Sarcasm is really the lowest form of 'comedy' only thing that is lower is someones failed attempt at what ever and then claiming it was all a joke to save face.

It is strange too see such a topic . The only people that are so disposed to evoking such indignancy at such a sight , that is trivial in every one elses estimations , are the likes of the Palin supporters themselves . With it being Palin in the frame , they , the Palin supporters , would suddenly have a bout of amnesia and/or blind sightedness toward the event and never raise such a question . Every one else could not care less what such a foolish creature as this Palin woman did , except for way of general reasons of amusement and merriment .

Nah, I just pulled the stick out of my backside a long time ago and learned about humor, being human, taking the piss and dishing it back, absurdity, satire and so on. You may want to study up on them, you'll be happier and live longer.

I would disagree, and say you're being much too critical. Yes, the American flag has much meaning and symbolizes the union of our country's states and whatnot, as well as our freedoms and all of that jazz too.

But who honestly cares? Is Sarah Palin taking a "shot" at America by setting her arm down on the flag? Of course not. The flag is an object. If you saw a person you knew was christian leaning against a cross, posing, would you claim he's disrespecting his religion? I might think so indeed. There is a big cross installed in my church and I simply never saw anyone leaning on it or disrespecting it in any other way. If Sarah ever pays a visit, that might change, as far as I can tell.

I really do not think most people are looking at the flag anyways but her legs after that many kids and at her age...she looks incredible.

I find is comical also that she is getting more press than our own president and I believe her approval rating is also higher. RAsmussen polls are pretty good....

c'mon, she's just out to make some money. she quit as governor of a state, that is probably one of the easiest to govern. you got no population, massive income from oil companies, infrastructure located in just a few cities, no agriculture to speak about, no diverse industries outside of oil, little if any homeless or welfare problems. most of the year, the population is just trying keep their jobs, and stay the F warm. it has no sales tax, or income tax, it's largest city as of 2006 is anchorage at 278,000, next is fairbanks at 31,142, then juneau at 30,737, all the rest in the entire state are under 10,000 people, totaling only 600,000.
if she quit THAT GIG, how the hell could she possibly run this entire nation.
she knows it, and that's why all of this is just to make some money.
