The Amazing New York Times archive

I was reading this Washington Post article that has been posted in this thread and I wondered if I could find a similar article in the on-line archive from the New York Times.
I didn't.

BUT, I came across these amazing articles which are really interesting and demand further research. Too bad that I don't have a credit card, otherwise I would have bought the full articles. Science seeks to get in communication with Mars
That was 1909.

In a movie about Nikola Tesla on his return from
Colorado Springs he was crowded by news men
asking if he had contact with the planets.

That was 1900.

At the end of the 1930's he said he could beam his
type of electricity, scalar I would assume, to the
planets. More than 10 years past his tower was scheduled
to provide 10 million horse power to long island that
was double his Niagara Falls achievement. A little
more than 10 years hence the defense spies found
Germany was developing the Tesla technology
when he died and WWII ended as we got his technology
from Germany.

ED: Thus we see dis info has been around since 1900
at least and alien technology might be from Germany.
