Despite the military budget of USA are on steroids after September 11 2001 Attacks, Many Weapon systems other than UAVs, Air Dropped Bombs, and Guided Missiles are Neglected in Favor of UAV's, bombs, And Missiles like Several Next-gen Weaponry that Made up for 21st century and why George W Bush Neglected so many other 21st Century Weaponry in favor of UAVs, Precision Guided Munitions, and Missiles?
