I have included some of the Animal ID stuff because it was the lead into the attempts to regulate all US farming. GMO, Animal ID and World Wide regulation of farming is an atempt to gain complete control of the food supply. This is pretty much a history of that power grab. The ist link is a history specifically of the USA.

THE SILENT WARS
Farms and Consumers vs Corporate driven Government policies
Recent History
"Food is a weapon," said Maxim Litvinov, Soviet Commissar of Foreign Affairs

Corporations are attacking our legal rights to grow our own food, here in the US and around the world, in a decades long plan to monopolize the corporate production of food and thus reap maximum profits... and worse, to develop control over populations and their ability to resist corporate and government takeover of other rights.
This [Supreme] Court has regularly and uniformly recognized the supremacy of the Constitution over a treaty." - Reid v. Covert, October 1956, 354 U.S. 1, at pg 17 A treaty can be nullified by a statute passed by the U.S. Congress (or by a sovereign State or States if Congress refuses to do so), when the State deems a treaty the performance of a treaty is self-destructive. www.sweetliberty.org...

"We need the World Bank, we need the International Monetary Fund, we need all the big foundations, we need all the governments to admit that for 30 years we all blew it, including me, when I was President. 1986 Global commodity prices slumped in the mid eighties, triggering a five fold increase in farm subsidies in the USA and the EU subsidy to double. Pressure from commodity exporters inspired a decision to pursue Agricultural Policy reform at Uruguay round of GATT. It was lead by Under Secretary of Agriculture Dan Amstutz. books.google.com...,+1986&source=bl&ots=g_NvagIp9r&sig=iNU3 jWVgC7LkAjkzuSQt6LyINfI&hl=en&ei=XF-gSavhGY-EtgeXjZz_DA&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=2&ct=result#PPA68,M1

Launched in 1986, the General Agreement on Tariffs & Trade (GATT) Uruguay Round of international trade talks has been dominated by a confrontation between the US and the EC over farm policy reform. Both sides proclaim their commitment to devising a GATT regime which will bring an end to the anarchy in world agricultural markets, yet neither is willing to address the underlying cause of the present malaise: structural over-production in their own farm sectors and the resulting accumulation of surpluses. The use of export subsidies to put these surpluses on to world markets caused developing countries severe trade and food security problems in the 1980s; and a Uruguay Round deal is unlikely to bring any relief. What it will do, however, is introduce new regulations which, enshrined in international trade law, will restrict the right of developing countries to manage their own food systems. Most importantly, the use of trade measures to control food imports and price support measures to promote staple food production could be severely constrained, or banned, by a 'farm superpower' GATT agreement. www.informaworld.com...=a769339885~db=all

The U.S. comprehensive proposal for agricultural trade reform in October 1989 covereds
* market access: convert all nontariff barriers to bound tariffs;
make substantial cuts in these and existing tariffs over 10 years;
use tariff rate quotas and safeguard measures to facilitate transition;
- export competition: phase out export subsidies over five years;
prohibit export restrictions on foodstuffs imposed
because of short domestic supplies;
* internal support: phase out most trade-distorting measures;
discipline those that interfere less; permit those with small
trade effect that meet specific criteria;
* sanitary and phytosanitary measures: place these under an international process for dispute settlement and harmonization. www-wds.worldbank.org/external/default/WDSContentServer/WDSP/IB/1999/12/30/000178830_98101901511298/.../multi_page.txt

It (the recall of Hallmark/Westland Meat) highlights one of the problems that we have attempted to raise with the agency ever since 1996 when the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) inspection system was put in place. There seems to be too much reliance on an honor system for the industry to police itself. While the USDA investigation is still on going at Hallmark/Westland, a couple of facts have emerged that point to a system that can be gamed by those who want to break the law. It (HACCP) shifted the responsibility for food safety over to the companies .

2001 Issues for the Agricultural Talks and WTO Trade Round: “The un-scientific so-called “precautionary principle” is unfortunately being successfully and constantly misused as justification to immobilize science and its applications, as well as to confuse the public. ..The so-called principle, which is in fact a concept rather than a principle, is indeed a wonderful tool to avoid delicate political decision. .. the so-called precautionary principle - in reality a concept rather than a scientific principle - should not be used as a tool to stop innovation, even under the guise of a moratorium, which is what has happened in the EU today. There will always be scientific uncertainty in any scientific field and reasonable approaches to risk management must be adopted to manage this uncertainty. Prohibition must only be used as an extreme risk management tool. Abuses of the precaution concept to justify political positions, or to cloak distorting import restriction policies, should equally be avoided and expressively exposed. The European Commission’s recent white paper was helpful in clarifying the limits to be set on the use of the so-called “precautionary principle.”

The internationalization of the food chain demands that identification, registration, tracking and tracing systems also become internationalized. After the Jack in the Box E. coli outbreak in 1993, the USDA decided to move to the HACCP system of inspection. Based on the idea that the plant operator knows the plant better than the USDA, the responsibility for designing an inspection system was turned over to each individual plant.
According to John Munsell, Manager, Foundation for Accountability in Regulatory Enforcement (FARE), when USDA “officials initially described HACCP to the industry in the mid-90’s, the agency made the following enticing promises:
“Under HACCP, the agency will implement a ‘Hands Off’ role in meat inspection.
“Under HACCP, the agency will no longer police the industry, but the industry will police itself.
“Under HACCP, the agency will disband its previous command and control authority.
“Under HACCP, each plant will write its own HACCP Plan, and the agency cannot tell plants what must be in their HACCP Plans.”
As a result, the plant operator was required to identify potential hazards and the critical points in the process where those hazards could come into play. The plan would then identify procedures that would be used to minimize the hazard risk at those control points. The plant would be responsible for the implementation of the plan.
As a result, the inspector was no longer responsible for what was happening on the plant floor: that was left to company personnel. The new role of the inspector was to make sure that plant personnel were carrying out their duties in a manner consistent with the HACCP plan. In many cases this amounted to making sure that all of the paper work was in the proper order.

I have been trying to keep up with the side effects of the mass vaccinations of swine flu, but no even death statistics on the swine flu itself is been kept by the CDC unless is related to pneumonia cases, this tells that anything related to deaths or paralysis from the swine flu vaccine will be kept under the table unless the side effects are too much to hide.

I have been researching and beside just sporadic cases of people that knows people that got sick from vaccination is all I am getting.

This is great for conspiracy theories but not for statistical facts.

Well it seems that the government launched an "effort" to track the side effects of the vaccine, but is going to compare the death, miscarriages and allergic reactions to the existing database of weekly of the same in our nation,

CDC is racing to compile a list of what's normal: 25,000 heart attacks every week; 14,000 to 19,000 miscarriages every week; 300 severe allergic reactions called anaphylaxis every week.

Any spike would mean fast checking to see if the vaccine really seems to increase risk and by how much, so health officials could issue appropriate warnings.

So it seems that the side effects will be buried under what the doctor deems "normal statistics".

Agreed. I am hoping a whistle blower might do the right thing and alert us somehow assuming it's true; but like I said, I'd rather it not be.

The article from MSNBC goes on to mention that reporting of adverse effects of vaccinations, while supposedly being mandatory, are not enforced.

The article mentions that the case in the article was NOT reported to the CDC by the treating hospital (they checked). It also mentions the hospital REFUSED to let the reporter look at the boys charts, even WITH the permission of the father.

It seems the government and the medical industry very well could be involved in covering up the connection of GBS with this or any vaccination.

The article states that about 60-80 cases of GBS occur every week!!!
GBS is caused by the immune system attacking the nervous system. This is likely caused by an outside agent hyper-activating the immune system (Can you say vaccinations).

The cover up could be even larger than we dreamed. It seem that ANY vaccination could produce these results.

This mass vaccination may very well backfire on TPTB by waking up the public to the very real dangers involved in vaccinations.

Unless they are doing it on purpose for their own sinister reasons....

My heart actually jumped in relief reading the bottom paragraph. Not that it's allright enough though; because damage did occur. And for that there is no excuse. They can not be that ignorant; unless you are simply counting selfish greed with conscious disregard for the human race as ignorance..

They really and truly DO NOT CARE if some one dies. It is all about money not people and it REALLY REALLY makes me mad. This will give you an idea of how traitorous our politicians are and how sick the laws in this country have become.

Read up about Law Enforcement and Civil Forfeiture --- These are people who we PAY to care about the innocent!

Under civil asset forfeiture laws, the simple possession of cash, with no drugs or other contraband, can be considered evidence of criminal activity....

"Even if you're a law-abiding citizen who's never been convicted of a crime, local police are allowed to confiscate your property and money and keep up to 80 percent of it for themselves, with the legal stipulation that this windfall be spent only on programs likely to result in additional confiscations where the police can keep up to 80 percent of the booty for themselves,"

...stories across the nation documented hundreds of cases of innocent citizens wrongfully deprived of their homes, businesses and livelihoods. Eighty percent of property forfeited to the US during the previous decade was seized from owners who were never even charged with a crime!

...Even a false statement on a loan application can trigger forfeiture. Physicians are subject to forfeiture of their entire assets based on a clerical errors in medicare billing. The government even tried to forfeit a farmer's tractor for allegedly running over an endangered rat.

the narcotics units studied preferred seizing cash intended for purchase of drugs supplied by the police, rather than confiscating drugs already on the street. When asked why a search warrant would not be served on a suspect known to have resale quantities of contraband, one officer responded:
"Because that would just give us a bunch of dope and the hassle of having to book him (the suspect). We've got all the dope we need in the property room, just stick to rounding up cases with big money and stay away from warrants."

In one case an agency instructed the researcher to observe the suspect's daily transactions reselling a large shipment of coc aine so that officers could postpone making the bust until after the majority of the drug shipment was converted to cash. This case was only one of many in which the goal was profit rather than reducing the supply of drugs reaching the street.

Then there is Food.
This quote is from "The online home of POULTRY and meatingplace magazines" a Trade Magazine with a discussion of the HACCP regs brought into effect thanks to the World Trade Organization in 1996. John Munsell tried to get the USDA to investigate e-coli contamination in meat he recieived from ConAgri, the USDA refused. A woman died. Link to article By Marler Clark - Bill Marler, liability attorneys

They show a callous disregard for what is happening on the meat production line, or the high probability that enteric pathogens come into the plant in incoming shipments. Naw, let's dissect written records instead. Egads, HACCP has degenerated into a paper chase, so we should not be surprised when outbreaks and recalls continue.....

Prior to HACCP's advent, the agency promised that under the HACCP umbrella, that the agency would no longer police the industry, and that the industry would be liberated to police itself. Also, the agency promised to maintain a "Hands Off" non-involvement role. So, when ongoing problems occur now, what in the heck can the agency do? Answer: at the big plants, nothing.....

Yup folks, we are being robbed and poisoned. Now Congress wants to regulate, license and fine our farms and home gardens so we can not escape the contaminated factory processed genetically modified food Monsanto wants to sell us. Read History, HACCP and the Food Safety Con Job

Knowing the total disregard for human life shown by the examples above, I am not at all surprised a questionable vaccine is being pushed on the innocent public.

Is going to be a cover up of the vaccine side effects bury within the government statistics already on going on the same subject and issues without the vaccine.

That is the problem, the government will make sure that deaths, miscarriages and allergic reactions will stay within the regular statistics and not additional information will be given to the public.

That is deception.

Sorry didn't see post yet. Yeah; I've heard that, but have no links for myself, much less ATS. Thing is> I am sure just being the result of the endless information I have read just through ATS; without mentioning the rest that conclusively/admittedly [Georgia Guide-stones], say something is, "awry".

The article from MSNBC goes on to mention that reporting of adverse effects of vaccinations, while supposedly being mandatory, are not enforced.

They allready made their stance on that obvious when they said the vaccine companies would not be responsible for negative reactions..

The article mentions that the case in the article was NOT reported to the CDC by the treating hospital (they checked). It also mentions the hospital REFUSED to let the reporter look at the boys charts, even WITH the permission of the father.

How can people know that cruel lack of true responsibility/accountability is unacceptable enough?

It seems the government and the medical industry very well could be involved in covering up the connection of GBS with this or any vaccination.

Reminds me of the moderators avatar where the frog is beginning to boil in the water.

The article states that about 60-80 cases of GBS occur every week!!!
GBS is caused by the immune system attacking the nervous system. This is likely caused by an outside agent hyper-activating the immune system (Can you say vaccinations).

With resulting, "reactions" possible long after the, "jab"; being the result of your own immune system forced to fight itself; No?

The cover up could be even larger than we dreamed. It seem that ANY vaccination could produce these results.

And as simply as we allready knew it to be.. They have tricked me into vaccinating my children enough!!

This mass vaccination may very well backfire on TPTB by waking up the public to the very real dangers involved in vaccinations.

Doubt it; not with-out intervention. I was told we, [the human, "race"] were the cattle; and these, "elite guys" were the cattle farmers; by the horses mouth, from my perspective.. I'm thinking the ones really running the show have more experience in, "shutting humanity down" than I was previously aware of.

Yup..

Unless they are doing it on purpose for their own sinister reasons....

That makes all the sense in the world to me. One time a very negative person told me they/he used, "controlled confusion".
