What is the FOIA Forum and why Restricted?

I came across the Forum and found it strange that it was restricted. Is this just because I am new or is there something else to it?

Two days later and no one has an answer? Hmmmm

I did come across a post where someone said ATS should bring the FOIA documents back - perhaps this forum was a place to post these documents and they closed it for some reason. If so, that would be awesome.. I really wanna see those documents!

Thanks for the tip. As a newbie.. I haven't even looked at u2u yet - didn't know what it was for.. Soo much to see and post about here. This place is like Poster Heaven 24/7. I will look into it :-)
