Avatar Help!!

I have been trying to upload a avatar to my profile and have not been able to. I tried to register and log on to the Media Portal, but it won't let me. Can someone please help me so I can personalize my profile, I feel left out. I would appreciate some help.

I have tried this, but it keeps going back to the Media Portal. This does not work. I try to upload to my upload space, the it redirects me to the Media Portal Please Help.

I also I can't sign up, or into the Media Portal so what is the issue?

It should be the same login info as you use to login to the boards here.

However, once I had to change my name here because the media portal wouldn't allow me access due to the way my name was formatted. But it doesn't look like that should be a problem with your name. You don't have any hyphens or parentheses in your name. I'm not sure.

What does it tell you when you try to login to the media portal?

First check out this thread. It should tell you everything you need to know:

You do not need to register a new account at the media site. Simply use your ATS user name and password to sign in and you will be automatically registered.

I've NEVER been able to sign into the Media Site and I've been a member since 07'. I thought it had something to do with number of forum post/points or something. I don't post much.


I've checked out that thread, searched the forums and watched the avatar video. I finally gave up.

Try resetting your password here on the main site then try logging in to the media site with your new password. I've heard that fixes the problem.

I edited my post to say, "Thanks Ash, the password change worked."

For some reason I couldn't get my "edit" to stick.

This site is very frustrating.
