This lizard king rises
His name is on the wind.
He's knockin on my door
this cyclone starts to spin.

Inside the collective
I am the reptile king
I slay them when I sleep
I slay them in my dreams

They're pourin' legions of men on the fields of war.
Someone should stop and ask "what is this fighting for?"

They're spilling blood on the sands of time.

Dark matter flows through me

Thanks, I think so too. It was more spontaneous and the first letter of each line spelled "IT'S SO ODD" which forced a different sort of thinking. There was probably some beginners beginner's luck too.
