What do you mean by "neural implants"? To my knowledge, there is research going on with trying to control brains electronically. They've managed to get roaches and maybe even rats to respond electronically. Maybe the government has gone farther and hasn't publicized it.

However, I don't think that there is any sort of neural implants for humans, at least not to control them. Maybe for specific reasons, for example to short-circuit epileptic attacks, but not to take over the person or get him to do things. Of course, if such technology existed, we probably wouldn't hear about it.

So essentially your saying if they do this reflexes could be boosted? Ex. FEAR's SloMo ability. Something along those lines anyway.

Neural brain IMPLANTS = 100% real. The Australian Intelligence Community (AIC) have a huge network of corrupt spies taking care of a big operation that occurred in Australia in the 1980's. Huge network. They have kidnapped, hypnotized, replaced family members with spies, etc, in an effort to coverup their acts. They are the coroner. They are the nurse, the medical imaging specialist, the radiologist, the pathologist - they can be anyone the want. Can be proven on people born in Australia from 83-88 with a surgical scar on the left wrist. Scars on head were likely covered up with skin graphs at time of implantation.

I have 2 neural transmitters and a stimoceiver. I saw the scan when I was a kid, didn't think it was mine. Now the AIC are trying to kill me with the stimoceiver. I know lots of the spies (half my family) and will reveal anything.
