Already been done. WnD sent tons of pink slips to them. Some said it was a wake up call. Obviously, it was not loud enough...

WASHINGTON – Hundreds of thousands of "pink slips" have been dispatched to members of Congress just this week, raising the total sent by Americans worried about the future of their nation to 4.5 million.

Well dang, let me get some more coffee in me.

Oh, and give a call to "security" while I think up something much more effect.

And something for a few people to ponder on from Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution

No tax or duty shall be laid on articles exported from any state.

If an Insurance Policy is a tangible asset that can be used for goods and services then should any federal taxes be associated from a policy from a company in one state issued to a consumer in another state? 2.5% Health Care tax my sore behind.

Oh wait, it is another direct tax on income. Imagine that.

Exactly, BUT.... we can ignore anything Congress passes. Does anyone remember Sanchearlyjones posts on just saying "NO"?

Quote from;

Based upon the following research and upon researching the plethora of laws on the books today, it is obvious that many current laws and in some cases, the laws they were based on are blatantly unconstitutional. I make no interpretations myself but let the founding documents speak for themselves with highlighting and underlining done for the sake of clarity.
The following excerpts from founding documents will clearly show:
1. The Constitution of the United States is the "Supreme Law of the Land" and any laws that stray outside the boundaries enumerated in it are undeniably unconstitutional.

2. The undisputable fact that acts passed by Congress or by State legislatures which do not conform to the Constitution of the United States have been found by the Supreme Court to be "null and void and have no effect".

3. The enactment of unconstitutional laws by legislators clearly violated their Oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States". (Article 6)

4. The violation of this Oath by an elected official/public officer must therefore be construed as a "Treasonable Act."

It is important to note that the wording of Article 3 Section 3 of the Constitution regarding the definition of treason has been an area of debate as to its interpretation and implementation in law as mentioned below. Whether legislators who pass unconstitutional acts are committing the crime of treason or, just "treasonous acts" where they may be charged with lesser offenses is the question at hand.

With the news of all the millionaires in congress coming out, why are we not stepping up to the plate and stoping this. It seems to me that most people on here just post on here and nevereducate themselves about anything other than what's posted and then it isn't even that.

Ignore this health care bill, it's our right and duty to throw off despotic government. We are embarassing ourselves and being shameful to all those who died in service to the U.S.A. and not the U.S., did you know there is a difference?

Learn who you are, and what YOUR right as a natural born AMERICAN IS!!

We must ignore this and sedn congress a message, by phone, fax or mail or online e-mail, that this type of nonsense will no longer be tolerated and we will take them out of office, if we all flooded the Justice Department with written complaints and wanted to file charges for TREASON and cited the federal code, which we can do, what do you think might happen? But we will never know because no one will do it other than a few of us.

Just go along to get along.

One step backwards for America one Giant leap for those that want to

control every aspect of our lives. In my opinion the powers that be know in

essence that they are securing more future votes for the democrat party by

passing this convoluted health care bill. Once you give babies pacifiers it

is hard to take it away from them without them screaming and crying.

This will cost Trillions and Trillions of dollars and the Weople will have to pay

this giant tax bill for this control your life health care bill no matter how the

democrats want to candy coat this democrat sponsored health care bill.

When the Senate passes this control every aspect of your life health care bill

you will be partly responsible for paying your neighbors healthcare costs.

Watch for more massive control over food processing and labeling to include

what you may or not eat. Will there be an added fat tax on specific

individuals if you weigh too much and if so will your health care by the

government run beaurocracy be reduced until you reduce your weight to

If you are a democrat will you receive better healthcare than a republican

or independent? These are valid questions when you have a government that

wants to tax and control every aspect of your life.

Can a country that is broke afford beaurocratic government run health care?

You wanting more disposable income? how about starting with recognizing that you're not going to OVERPAY anymore?

I understand clearly, VERY CLEARLY what this means.

It means the government is going to attempt to force me to buy into an insurance scam that I will never be able to afford to use.

It means furthermore that the government is going to try to force me to pay for insurance on strangers, people I've never met, and bear no responsibility for.

It means I will be taxed with no benefit to it. In other words, I will be taxed without representation.

It means the government will come for me when I stand my ground and refuse to be pushed back any further.

It means I will not live long enough to see my beloved country complete it's descent into the barbarity of dictatorial socialism.

It means I will die a lonely death at the hands of your loving government, putting smoke on them as I go, for as long as I'm able to.

It means that at least I don't have to worry about dying of old age now.

Yeah, I know EXACTLY what it means. It means the death of freedom.

Pink Slips. Sent via snail mail. To each and every one that voted for this crap. Tell them they are to return home from DC right now. Inform them that this is a way of doing things with dignity and that you would hate to have to call "security" to remove them.

WND has sent over 4 Million pink slips in the past few monthes...They've stopped execpting them.

Ok, so I did the math on this. IF this bill gets passed and we all have to pay $15,000 for health care after taxes already come out then someone making $30,000 a year will be left with approximately $7,000 income for their entire year of working.

This will never get the economy of the crapper and this WILL cause a revolution.

I swear if they do this they want the country to go to war with itself. It makes no sense at all.

EDIT: Apparently I somehow messed up my math. After taxes and paying for health care someone who makes $30000 a year would end up with approximately $8100 for their yearly income.

Post the formula that you used and links to the government charges.

Everyone should do the math themselves and see it.

anyone thought of, or can give me the logistics on this idea:

i don't get insurance, i get slapped with a fine, or thrown in jail, do i get a trial? or at least a hearing? it would seem that if i can go to jail to argue a speeding ticket, i could go for this, although it could be just as fruitless. but imagine...we all legally fight this, it will get coverage, it will back up the system even more.

ok then as the theory goes, we all go to jail. we get out, and what kind of jobs can we get? not good ones. so a majority of us get stuck in a trap. or we see as our only shot going to fight for them.

and we must not forget that a majority that will be fined and thrown into jail will want to make it when they get out, and fall in line. i see us maybe having 5% of us afterwards who will actively fight to change it....and that's a VERY generous per cent age. If we are serious about making sure this doesn't get even more out of hand, it starts today. We start a viral campaign at the very least. We need someone with skillz in that area to start a video, emails, all that such.

Who's up to it? Also, we need to be watching every action of every politician. Someone somewhere is going to slip up and give us some rhetoric to fight against.

and as for the election coming next year, we elect new people. across the board. as many as we can and tell them to not play by the rules.

it's time to get militant i think. its time to really show our power. guerrilla marketing of their injustices.

lets get on this. lets stop bitching here and start proposing solutions..hopefully after everyone wakes up a little calmer from last night we can get something started. message me if you want about this. or just start sharing here.

LOL I love the KY Idea, but I think the humor would be lost on them. Well except Barney maybe.

I just wishj I didn't feel like the tea parties were too little too late. Perhaps we can come up with something, but I also hope this is enough to get people into action by the next election.

I'm sure you can go to court, But your only proof would be that either you do have Health cover and can prove it, or You don't have money to pay for it. Then i guess you'll have to prove that too.

The jail and fine might have been written in for those "Objectors" who will protest against the System. This means they can Prosecute you at will.

I doubt the intention is to jail those that cannot afford it.

Hey Realtruth,

I just took the number $15000 that has been posted in here a couple of times.

I make $30000 a year and on average my tax is about 23% historically.

$30000/year in income
$6900 in taxes
$15000 for health care

Leaves you with $8100, ok I must have done my math wrong in my first post. It should be $8100, not sure what happened but I will correct it.

But at any rate. That leaves you with $8100 for you rent/mortgage, food, gas, all of your bills, savings, investment, etc, etc.

This is simply not sustainable. I know $30000 a year is not a lot of money but some people don't even make that. They simply cannot put millions of people in jail for this and a $250000 fine means nothing if you can't pay $15000.

Either this needs to have some gigantic changes made to it before it passes as law or else this country is going to be utterly destroyed from the inside. I think it's great that everyone would get health care, I have no problems there, but people should not be forced on it and fined if they don't, and you can't simply take away 50% of someones income and expect that everything will come out ok.

I just posted my solution in a thread called Plan B. Perhaps I should delete the thread and post it here?

My solution is a very organized plan that is basicly building off a plan already in motion.

If the senate passes this bill. On the day that the taxes will start, all small companies will fire their employees and contract out the work instead. The employees if they have everything in order by that time will be self contracters instead of employees. Their former employers will then pay them lump sum what they would have paid them for to begin with. However under this plan the employee is self employed and decides for him or herself what to do with their money at that point.

At which time each person can choose for themselves to pay the tax or not.

I go on to more details in my other thread. Should I keep that thread going, or post it here and have a mod delete the thread???????

ObamaCare endorsements: What the bribe was

The American Medical Association (AMA) was facing a 21 percent cut in physicians’ reimbursements under the current law. Obama promised to kill the cut if they backed his bill.

· The AARP got a financial windfall in return for its support of the healthcare bill. Over the past decade, the AARP has morphed from an advocacy group to an insurance company (through its subsidiary company). It is one of the main suppliers of Medi-gap insurance, a high-cost, privately purchased coverage that picks up where Medicare leaves off. But President Bush-43 passed the Medicare Advantage program, which offered a subsidized, lower-cost alternative to Medi-gap. Under Medicare Advantage, the elderly get all the extra coverage they need plus coordinated, well-managed care, usually by the same physician. So more than 10 million seniors went with Medicare Advantage, cutting into AARP Medi-gap revenues.

· The drug industry backed ObamaCare and, in return, got a 10-year limit of $80 billion on cuts in prescription drug costs. (A drop in the bucket of their almost $3 trillion projected cost over the next decade.) They also got administration assurances that it will continue to bar lower-cost Canadian drugs from coming into the U.S. All it had to do was put its formidable advertising budget at the disposal of the administration.

· Insurance companies got access to 40 million potential new customers. But when the Senate Finance Committee lowered the fine that would be imposed on those who don’t buy insurance from $3,500 to $1,500, the insurance companies jumped ship and now oppose the bill, albeit for the worst of motives.

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.

Marcus Tullius Cicero

Reclaiming your Strawman, google it, the government shall have no control over OUR bodies.

And mods, if you want to warn me again, feel free, I will do whatever it takes to wake these people up to the horror that has been bestowed upon them, I view you as communists and no different than the politicians when you warn me for speaking the truth, acts of treason, by you, for trying to violate/restrict my free speech. I ask that the people only look into what their options are and research it themselves, take the action they feel best suits their position and what they feel comfortable with. Freedom must be taken hold of, it is free, but it is up to the people to take it, just like taking liberty.

Isn't the Cap and Trade supposed to be about $7000/year by the time you figure heat, electric and gasoline?

So that leaves $1100. And since this Grab Every Last Dollar legislation has no price restrictions to pharmaceuticals, better hope you don't need some penicillin if you get hurt foraging for food in the woods (or regrettably a dumpster, where most people will be living out of in the near future).

---Note to Mods: We might need a emoticon of a patriot planting the American Flag on the charred corpses of a treasonous government. Just a suggestion that I think quite a few would use.
