Its a horrid situation to be in because a couple of Christmasses ago we all got this terrible flu. The type where you lie in bed wishing to die - the real flu so I know exactly what I am tangoing with.

But I have been very ill over the last few years and already take medication which is too much for my liking. I did refuse the flu jab last winter because I just honestly wondered how much chemicals my body could take before its natural chemistry got out of kilta. I also thought about the amount of chemicals that I was ignorantly consuming in the food, drink and things I use near of on my skin and in my home.

We don't seem to be getting anything that we really can rely on to simply 'generally' strengthen or boost our immune systems which is the approach I would rather take. I will keep refusing the flue job.
