Ok, that remark about an "eye for an eye" is always misinterpreted. What it actually means is for the justice meted out to be equal to the crime
committed. If you murder, then you forfeit your own life. However, if you steal you need only make restitution, be that a period of time spent in
jail or financial. Unlike the Muslim solution for theft of removing the right hand so as to make the thief use the hand reserved for bodily
functions.

Now that's what Islamic apologists would have us believe, but it isn't true.
Muhammed tried to sell the Jews on that idea himself, in person, and they laughed at his attempt to blend his moon-god with their God.
Allah is their god's Name. His NAME. Says so right in the Qur'an. Multiple times. Allah was also the name of the pagan moon-god of the Meccans
before Muhammed was even born, and the pagan moon-god had three daughters.
As Muhammed was making stuff up, he was trying to sell the Meccans on the moon-god, and from that, we get the Satanic Verses.
Then he had to own up to Satan putting words in his mouth. That's not good.
JAHWEH is the God of the Hebrews and Christians.
Not the same God.
