Large Hadron Collider Broken By Bread Dropped By Passing Bird

The 27-kilometer (16.8 mile) LHC suffered serious overheating in several sections after the small piece of baguette landed in a piece of
equipment on the surface above the accelerator ring.
Dr Mike Lamont, the LHC’s Machine Coordinator, said that a “a bit of baguette”, believed to have been dropped by a bird, caused the
superconducting magnets to heat up from 1.9 Kelvin (-271.1C) to around 8 Kelvin (-265C), near the mark where they stop superconducting.

This is comical...the huge particle accelerator was broken by a bit of baguette, thought to have been dropped by a bird. Power and Paradox.
This reminds me of a verse...
"But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the
things which are mighty."
1 Corinthians 2:13

Oh my... One or two events like that and I'll start seriously thinking about the theory that it is blocked from the future.
But, for now, since it's a terribely sopisticated technology, it is very frail too, so anything can make it have some troubles I guess...

No way!!
Could this be fate playing a part? Everytime they keep turning this thing on it breaks lol
Either it's fate or they have spent 4 odd billion on a piece of junk.
I'm for the latter

Perhaps this thing is not meant to be up and running .

This reminds me of a verse too...
"God created the search function on ATS, so the foolish don't look so foolish before posting duplicate threads..."
Nah I just made that up!

Kind of makes you scratch your head and wonder if anyone thought that just maybe something like a piece of bread or a bug or even a leaf could bring
the entire operation to a hault. All those brains and not one thought about some sort of covering for this exposed area. I curse you birds and your
baguettes...
