If indeed this code is real, could it possibly have something to do with that other code by 1?

I also noticed no number went over 26... I figured each number represented a different letter... but the A=1, B=2 thing doesn't come out right... Could be something like Z=1, A=2... Shifted right on the scale once or something.

Makes no sense when decoded like that either way =\

As for the method, that is left as an exercise for the reader...

EDIT: And just a note, a file doesn't have to be named .php or .cgi to be dynamic. You can make something appear to be a flat HTML file, but still be dynamic. It doesn't appear that these files are that way at this time, but still they may be. For instance, www.atsnn.com... (just a random link from the front page.)

Hmm... look at the -2- in this message... I think the -?- are real. this may be a hint to that..... The question what is the role of -5-. Hidden messages or jsut to throw us off.... Maybe the rantings actually lead somewhere when compared to the others.
