Isn't Scientology a minority?

I can not wait to see how some of these debates go.

I know your pain, I always seem to get the horrid side of a debate.

The "horrid" side is a matter of opinion though. Not in all debates but in selecting topics for debates, we try to keep from handcuffing either position. Sometimes a participant is faced with a position that is culturally immoral and they may have a tough hill to climb. But sometimes the tougher position is the easier one to debate.

Sometimes when the obvious is so obvious and your position seems relatively easy, you lose a bit of the passion that comes with the contrary position where you feel you need to prove something.

More often than not I get the side I wished I didn't get, but by the end of the debate I've convinced myself that what I am debating is actually accurate.

It's funny how we can actually convince ourselves through these debates.
