ATS Debate Tournament: Member Discussion

I'm awaiting confirmation on 5 more members. One of which I've just sent the u2u out as another member has declined their seat. To the other four, all of whom I believe have read the invitation I sent out this morning, please respond asap otherwise you run the risk of losing your seat.

It is still our goal to have this up and running for Monday.

If these members do not confirm and we're forced to find others, we'll have to bump it to mid-next week.

On a side-note, we can not confirm topics until they are announced.. but we've got some great topics. Most are current, almost all are controversial and our intent is that every single one of them will have our members look at it and think, "DAMN! I want to read this!

We're getting close...

Unless all pending seats are confirmed tomorrow morning, I will be re-opening the window for members to declare themselves. So please check back to this thread if you are interested in participating.

I wanted to say that I won't be able to fulfill the commitment the debate forum needs. I replied to U2U but got no response. I have recently changed towns I live in [Work Related] and the work load has picked up dramatically.

My previous position not to compete was ill-advised, I didn't realize how jealous I would be for the opportunity to debate.

I hereby, humbly request that you allow me to reapply, if I am still eligible, to join in the tournament, unless the current community of debaters object.

I know a late-minute entry can be disruptive, please forgive me; my only intention is to ensure and hasten the coming of the games...

Nah, seriously Im all for it, even though it means I get bumped down a bit

I would enter if time permits. But I anticipate soon circumstances that will prevent me from the capacity to dedicate the time to the requirements.

I want to debate the winner though (Non Title Match)...
