What was a "Russian rocket" (the official explanation)
doing over Norway??

Really hard to say what it is, my initial thought was a falling star or meteorite...although it could ofc be a rocket or ufo too, though i doubt it.

2009-11-01 Russia test-launches ballistic missile from under water although there was a rocket launch around this time I don't think it would be the rocket unless it's incoming the light projected in front of the Blue light looks more like Head Lights could the Blue light be from a jet-fighters jet?
