The Swine Flu news stories must bring to mind the previous ad campaign to sell Tamiflu.
This virus is being made to sound mysterious because the diagnoses are being made in scattered areas. This should merely highlight the fact that tens or hundreds of thousands of people with bad colds might have this same virus, are getting better and what we really need to do is wash our hands, get rest, stay well-hydrated and stay calm. Trying selling that idea!

My point is, our government should not be set up for politicians to GET RICH these greedy politicians do not have our best interest at hart. It seems to me that many of the politicians in the Bush administration only goal was to Cash In. These politicians went about it by using the “scare tactic” of terror and uncertainty from terrorism, and “pandemic” from diseases. It was disgusting enough to find out how many members in the Bush administration who friends got war contracts, even Dick Cheney former company Halliburton was awarded millions of dollars in war contracts while all along not doing the work they were hired to do properly or committing crimes such as theft and committing rape. Nerveless, members of the Bush administration and some members of congress have gone out of their way to protect these criminals while they are raking in the dough.

I think what sums it up is, baxter and friends benefited from the media flu due to the production and purchasing of vaccines, and anti viral drugs, and the media benefited from increased viewer traffic due to fear mongering the media flu.

Ancient history. If you didn't know about Gin Rummy's ties to Gilead then you haven't been paying attention. I'm not going to attribute anything sinister to this - It's a company that makes a disease treatment that kind of works sometimes. I look at it like a high-tech version of Airborne.

But you know who really benefits from swine flu?

Influenza virii.

These are trying times. Baxter and friends need our help.

Some of this is old news, Cheney doesn't own Halliburton and hasn't for quite a while now.....I don't know if Rummy still owns the swine flu company or not anymore, but interesting none the less!

I can't believe stuff like this isn't illegal......People in government should not be allowed to own a company that does business with the government....Conflict of interest should be a big part of government and isn't!!

It's all about the money!! S&F for the great writeup regardless!!
