there is a book by ann druffel called "how to defend yourself against alien abduction"
i got mine at a used book shop- they can still be got off amazon and the like

small little book, but does have some good ideas- and may give you some insights into your expereince as she writes of how people used the techniques she lists in there.

some odd one i have heard is turn a fan on- the whirring seems to halt the electromagnatism, using oils, burning sage to clean the space before sleep, organite stones,
then there are the ways of stopping paralysis etc

if you can find the book check it out, there might be something that works good for you

the worst part of the experience is the suggestion "no one will belive you or will laugh at you" and people wil, you see it on this thread- but lots of us out there won't laugh- and as you share your story, you will get others to share theirs, to see it is a bigger phenomena than you might have thought before
