Actually I have been talking about the need for parents to better safequard their children in thread after thread dealing with these subjects.

Your so focused on advocating for watching someone die you must not have time for the posts that actually deal with better protecting children.

I guess I am just a more responsible parent and protector than most.

We going to make that a crime now too punishable by cruel and unusual murder friend?

No screw that, we as humans know what is right and what is wrong. What preparation can you possibly give to a child that sees a beheaded body on display rotting in the sun?

Don't get me wrong, I don't think that child rapists should have the decency to live. After all, they have given up all hope of redemption in my mind by violating the innocent nature of a child.

What I disagree with here is the public display of the mortal body of the convicted. I really don't even object to the beheading of such monsters, as long as it's done quickly and without suffering. After all they are going to die, that is of course the ultimate punishment. To me, shoot them, kill them that's fine. But from what I have seen of beheading, this is not a humane punishment. The rest of society should not stoop to the level of the offender.

Do you honestly think there is a way to prepare a child for the visual sight of a beheaded body rotting on a crucifix? The headless sagging limbs rotting in the sun? The birds pecking at the corpse? The smell of the flesh as it wafts downwind, the pooling of the blood while it bruises as its distends the lower limbs? As the bodily fluids drip from the headless corpse upon the ground below inviting rats and other vermin to the scene while maggots eat at the corpse itself devouring the rotted flesh?

Tell me, exactly how is a parent going to prepare their children for that scene?

We shouldn't have to completely shelter our children from the outside world because of people like y...errr, i mean child predators. Some parents aren't in the position to keep their children on lock down 24/7, because a few completely demented, rabid dogs can't resist their perversions. We shouldn't have to, your position on the issue only further supports the need to remove them from this earth after the first offense.

You're right about that, whatukno. Children should not be watching. I think maybe it should be recorded, and hacked into kiddie porn sites. The word would get around the child predator community pretty fast that way.

I can assure you my children very much would not appreciate such a small minded approach to some very important problems facing people everywhere.

I suppose some people have to denigrate everyone and everything to try to get their opinions accepted.

It shows to demonstrate the validity of their opinions when they take to attacking people who have different opinions.

Better protections? Most kids who are taken, are walking home from a friends, or standing at the bus stop in broad daylight in their own neighborhoods. Everyday things that children have done for centuries. Again, we shouldn't have to lock our children away, and not let them develop socially and live their childhoods because of a few perverts.



Once again, the only people in this debate who delight in being cruel to others, are people like y...errr, i mean child predators. I don't find personal pleasure in execution, and like i already said, i and any other real parents would much prefer NEVER having their children victimized, and NEVER crossing paths with such perverts. Once again, it would be pure vengence and rage. If they found other ways to satisfy their urges, i dunno, maybe hire small adult prostitutes to wear propeller hats and hold a lollipop, or watch CGI porn, then they would never need to fear cruel and unusual execution.
