Ford benefitted more from China's stimulus package actually.. Ford now gets more profit from China than America.. plus the currency conversion with a weak Dollar they had a stellar quarter.

But with both Chinese and American stimulus running out all auto companies will have horrible results 4Q ..

Even still I'm happy to see Ford doing well, exporting and generating wealth for our country.

Absolutely! I drive Fords and will, definitely, buy more. If for no other reason than they declined the bailout funds.

I'm a Ford woman myself. I have had GM products and hated them all - nothing by problems. Had a Chrysler Sebring Convertible that I loved (lost it to flood waters). But I will NEVER buy another GM or Chrysler product simply because they took bailout money. My 2001 F250 only has 75,000 miles on it and I expect I'll croak before I drive the wheels off it.
That's the plan anyway!
