Dick Lugar on Cspan: Military Recruiting Numbers Encouraging

What a total disconnect from reality: Senate Lugar said: "Recruiting numbers are up, it's encouraging. We are seeing a broad educational and character makeup." Blah. Blah. Blah.

He doesn't even understand the reason for recruiting numbers being "up", is because people don't have jobs!
