When is it going to be:

1. Halloween again
2. when it falls on a Saturday
3. during a full moon
4. and the US changes there clocks over night between Oct 31 and Nov 1.

Assuming "they" change the time they change the clocks, when is that going to happen again?

Last night wasnt a full moon so what you stated didnt really happen. The full moon is Monday.
