I find this very interesting. Overfishing has become a huge problem in the world and now the Pirates are claiming that they have been driven to Piracy.
With one of the African Nations requesting money due to Western and Industrialized nations polluting the world... i wonder if this will help them... or just annoy the Governments.
It is surprising to see that Yahoo posted this information, I wonder if they intend on deflecting it. I imagine its half true and half created in desperation in a dying world. Global economic meltdown is affecting Africa too??
