According to the alert, Trent's Gifts was the site of two murders and one unexplained death while it was a saloon.
"While on the initial investigation, we witnessed items being rearranged and a feeling of a presence watching us," the alert states. "We will be
doing a full investigation complete with closed circuit TV and nightvision."
