The biggest rise was in the Americas where 4,175 deaths have been reported, up 636 from the week before.
In the United States as many as 5.7 million Americans were infected with the virus between April and July.

Your thread title is really misleading. Nowhere does the article there or any article anywhere else say that 700 people are dying every day in America
