It seems all the garbage on Bush is always coming out when someone is writing a book.
I will be calling bs to this story and call it a shameful attempt to draw publicity to his book.

JK rowling shouldn't be receiving an award anyways. all she did was write a popular children's book. How did that actualy contribute anything?
