Hey Everyone:

I immediatly apologize for any difficulties experienced i have not done this before (made a post/thread). I saw this on a media site i frequent and its from where i live. I dont have any idea about it or its validity only thing i can attest to are the Casino spotlights. They are on for the weekends, and apparantly are refelcting off of something high up there. Please watch and tell me what you all think.
