Lets do something that some in our congress may not actually do. Lets take a look at it and see what's actually in there.

You know what would be great if someone created a website kind of like wikipedia or something that enlisted everyone to read and summarize a portion
of the bill. Like you pick 10 pages read it and summarize it to bullet points. If people contributed we could have a 25 page document with all the
highlighted points within an hour of time. Seriously, someone familiar with web programming needs to create a watchdog group that does this. I would
do it but I have no skill lol.
