wait...how does anyone in Utah know how to rap?

Are you kidding me? Donnie Osmond was a "rock star" in Utah. He even grew a beard!
Utah is just a strange state. Pretty, but strange.

Posting something in youtube is not commercial usage. I'm not sure where you get your info from but I'd like to know

It is if any revenue is generated. If something goes viral and gets a couple of 100,000 hits, then the ads, and the links associated with it are huge revenue generators. Also, these kids probably linked back to their website where they were hacking their skills and selling their mix tapes and bootleg videos!

I am not saying anyone will take it this far, but technically they did break several laws!

Also, I hired a kid once, on house arrest because he was selling mix tapes out in front of a liquor store! His public defender had a plea deal for him, but he refused to take it, because he did not believe he was breaking the law. At trial, he got convicted, and got 30 days jail, $1000 fine, 2 years house arrest! So, sometimes these things do get out of hand.
