That's him stating an opinion. He's going to say things like that because as health minister it's his ass on the line for not being prepared for this pandemic. He also says that H1N1 is the pathogen killing people but you don't believe him when he says that.

Funny, people are credible when you think it supports your position and lying when they don't. That's what we call a complete failure of logic.

Don't try and change positions though, you've been posting that there is no swine flu and that its the plague killing people for a dozen pages of discussion now. Stick to your guns, don't try to change and pretend you weren't wrong the whole time. When the WHO report comes out I want you right where I left you.

So its your position now that if H1N1 mutates its no longer swine flu? Did it turn into the plague perhaps? Did swine flu mutate into a completely different virus? Please clarify.

So you are telling everyone here from what I can tell in your post that your contacts did inform you that the CDC was able to isolate the genetic sequence of the virus? And that when that sequence of the virus was sent to the pharmaceutical companies to produce the vaccine that the genetic makeup of the H1N1 virus today is about or close (no significant mutation of the virus) to what the virus was several months ago?

I just want to make sure everyone here is very clear where you stand on the genetic sequence of the virus.

OK so we have a political situation that is masking the current medical issues, I am not a big political guy and tend to ignore it but I will give you that there is a local and regional political situation that should be taken into account.

I am not a big fan of the vaccine and my wife and I have decided not to take it. As we have both had the N1H1 we should have some protection. By the way when we had it we were very sick and nether of us think that it is something to be taken lightly.

If it's pneumonic plague which we have the bacteria for here where I live in the US in rodents we are not seeing the reports of the signs that typically are present when we have a case here. I was tested once for it when I was in University so I have an idea of what to look for.

If this is just a plot to get people to take the vaccine wouldn't it be more effective to introduce the real virus instead of some other germ that could be identified by just about any good microbiology student at a university?

At this point you have mentioned one possible germ but what would you do different than what is going on now in the Ukraine to treat it?

Could you PLEASE let others from the region post what they are finding without accusing them of spreading false information?

I, for one, am very interested in hearing what THEIR media says. I don't have much faith in our media these days.....it has become so slanted and biased these days, I personally think they write for the highest bidder.

I also work in the healthcare field, and to be honest, I trust first hand information coming out of the region more than I trust the media to report what is happening truthfully.

So, please....it is early in this epidemic, we don't know what is causing it, so ALL people should have the ability to post things from different sources.

And if other sources are calling it "plague", then for God sake's just wait to find out. For all we know, it COULD be a plague. Or, they could be calling this new respiratory infection a plague. If the entire country of Hungary is calling it a plague, are you going to slam the entire country of Hungary?

Anyway....sorry, but I am getting exasperated with you slamming everyone who posts a new article that says something that differs from our western sources.

What in the hell are you talking about? I haven't posted anything of the kind and no the virus has mutated twice - once for temperature viability and once for tamiflu resistance. I haven't seen a single report that indicates either of those mutations negated the vaccine.

Are you back to join in the plague pushing? I'm still waiting for those reports that hundreds of thousands are dead in Ukraine....

You are again lying. I never said that this plague was caused by Yersinia pestis bacteria. I only said that the sources in the region use the term "чума" which translated to "plague" in English. Your should be ashamed, liar!

I haven't stopped anyone from posting anything, we've had a dozen pages of articles which claim the plague is the killer in Ukraine with no response from me. I'm being attacked and responding to it, don't blame me because this group of bad information specialists got together to launch a coordinated attack.

I'm glad they're here making these claims loud and clear. I have no doubt the final reports will come back as swine flu and I am going to enjoy pointing it out to these morons.

It is one of the strains that was first found in California. That's why they are calling it California H1N1. Probably one of the mutations that came straight out of that original fatality zone in Mexico.

Ecoparity... please understand PTS. Not a time to throw gasoline on a fire. These people are under tremendous stress. Let's not turn it into anger.

I'd like to see someone who's left in the Ukraine to take pictures of mass graves outside hospitals, or photos of planes spraying, or bleeding from the eyes, now would be the time for those on the inside to turn into imbedded reporters who might collect information for when this is all over.

What is it then? Tell us what mystery virus is wiping out Ukraine right now. You can try to change your story but you've posted page after page of articles with the heading "pneumonic plague" in them.

I told you it was causing confusion with people like these who think it literally means "the plague" but you blew that off. You made your bed now lie in it.

I have only posted on this thread a few times........twice in a reply to your post. Not once have I brought up the plague.

Mostly I have been just watching looking for the "first hand reports" since the media is once again failing.

Your post indicates that the H1N1 virus can be treated witht the vaccine.

I am just making sure I and others are very clear where you stand on if the virus has mutated and if the genetic sequenses sent to the pharma companies will work........
