Don't know if anyone's noticed this yet:

translate.google.com...://www.moz.gov.ua/ua/i/&sl=uk&tl=en&history_state0=

09/11/2009 Health Minister of Ukraine Vasyl Knyazevich during the conference call expressed concern about the high threshold of morbidity among workers of medical field. As on 06.11.2009, in Ukraine sick 687 physicians and more than 1500 young specialists. In quarantine areas the incidence ranges from 0.5% to 1.3% of the total number of doctors and from 0.5% to 1.2% of younger professionals. In addition, 4 physicians and 2 junior personnel died as a result of their professional duties. This situation complicates the already difficult work of physicians who work with the excessive load. In order to support regions with the most complex epidemiological situation, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine formed more than 570 mobile teams, composed of family physicians, pediatricians, infectious disease, anesthesiologists and others. specialists. Press Service of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

Must be a pretty tired and stressed lot of medical personnel now. They have my deepest sympathy.

But how long can they keep up with the new cases, I wonder?

My training, explore all possibilities then rule them out so that all you have left is the correct answer. While it is possible, if the water was highly contaminated there would be a major outbreak of fecal colliforms and that would be very easy to document, any kid in high school biology can do that culture. Also spirochetes are easy to identify with a good microscope and some stains if you know what you are going. As I stated a number of pages back this is a dogs breakfast up and down the line. From what I have learned here if it wasn't the flu it would have been something else. Those poor people my heart goes out to them.

I have 3 problems with the water vectored theory. One, is according to my contacts in Ukraine (and some posts in this thread), the water across the whole nation has not been cut to a few hours a day, that was only in 1 area (I believe in Lviv, I don't have sources to confirm any water shortage). Yes, I know Lviv is one of the major pockets of hemorrhagic symptoms, but there are many others as well.

The 2nd problem I have with that theory is, well, you stated yourself that Ukraine had the problem with this bacteria in their water before. So because of prior experience, then they would actually be more knowledgeable about the subject and quick to suspect it as a cause and rule it out.

Thirdly, wouldn't more people be getting sick in those pocketed regions of epidemic ARI levels? Like, EVERYONE in those regions?

Also, there seems to be a greater propensity towards medical staff getting sick. That would lead me to believe that it was airborne, not water contaminated water.

And I believe there have been reports of tamiflu helping these patients SOME (not if they are already in cytokine storm mode). Would tamiflu cause any result to a bacterial infection?

Overall, the theory would mean that there was a gross negligence of EVERY doctor in the country, in a nation that you claim has experienced water contaminations in the past, so I'm sure when the initial MYSTERY hit the public in October, (BEFORE it was hushed up to quell panic, BEFORE there were ANY confirmed cases of H1N1), the chief medical professionals would have eliminated that possibility...

It would be different if this took place in the USA, doctors might forget to check for water based contamination because that is a very low possibility, but for Ukraine it *is* plausible. That is reason they WOULD check for it, especially when they didn't know what they were dealing with *at all* initially.

I have been living in Lviv for 2 years now. I can confirm that we do not get water at night and sometimes during the day. Few days back the whole city was without water and power for 1 whole day...really frustating situation...

There he is, I posted a few pages back asking if you could confirm recent water supply issues. How are you feeling?

How did we ignore her? Almost every post on this page is in response to her water theory, and half of the posts on the last page.

I don't think "ignore" means what you think it means.

Agreed.
By all accounts everything that goes through the doors here is here for very good reasons.
Take a look at behind the scenes info....and this was 3 years ago !

Thanks for the link. Very interesting read.

Now that we know what the lab is capable of, it seems that they would have no problem isolating or attempting to isolate bacteria and/or virus strains from all 31 samples.

Its pretty well known that water in both Ukraine and Russia is not up to much,in fact on the UK Foreign office travel info people are warned against drinking it from the tap.
Its always been second nature on my trips there to boil all water.
In fact I have observed big business in supermarkets and Kiosks selling bottled water even for using to make drinks.
Old habits die hard too......my ex Russian wife used to drink water from the kettle here in the Uk even though our water is treated.
I used to joke with her about it.

He thinks they will release a press statement about any mutations observed but that the sequences won't be uploaded to the shared system where anyone can download them for assay.

The usual WHO sneak things by late at night or on weekends stuff....

That's interesting. No doubt there are drug companies making billions off of the pandemic.
Yes I think so too. Shhhhh we have to be very quiet or we might get chemtrails up our skies.

What if this is the beginning of the worst pandemic in the history of man? And we were there. whoa, stoner flashback.
Dude like where were you? I wasn't in no pandemic, I was in the Omega man dude. But yeah that was like from nucleus fallout, not like from uh ...a biowar. You seen that movie right, with Charelston Heston as the Omega man? Good movie. You gotta see it. Reminds me of the Black Death of 1918. And also Steven King's name keeps surfacing somewhere in my brain. The Langollers are comin'.

It's funny because there are so many skeptics out there and some of them will probably survive. I will personally hunt them down.
Ha I know huh...they will go on and on like stepford wives. I want, I want I wanna go! I wanna hunt skeptics down too! *whine* Ah but I luv skeptics...mwa-hahaha. I got their "proof"...right here. *wringing hands*

Hey skeptics got somethin' for ya, come and get it *whistle-whistle*...
