about 10 years back, we purchased a plot of land for my father in-law on the moon...the guy is rich beyond understanding so picking a gift for him was difficult...either name a star after him or buy a plot of land. He seemed tickled by it and then promised to get some contractors up there to develop.

oh, and he didnt...pfft...

people really need to read the fine print and actual disclaimers,

According to the disclaimer, they are not associated to any govt sanctioned organization. Biggest key would be to read the home page, especially the 2 sentences just before the "Click here to Order" link.

Of course for those with money to throw away or possible invest in futures, this could be worth the while after more research on them.
