How "Free" is your state?, page 1

I came across this website. I wasn't sure where to put this thread. I know it can go without saying, but Mods--feel free to movie it wherever you want.

The following link shows a color coded map, a list, and an interactive application that are used to show which states are "more free" than others. I don't really know about the accuracy of this but, according to the site, I live in the fourth most free state. I'd actually agree with that.

Apparently, the information is gathered from StatePoliceIndex.com and returns the portrayed results.

So do you guys agree? Do you think your state is accurately ranked?
