I predict a staged terrorist attack in November

I'm posting my prediction with a hope that it won't happen. And of course, I'm looking forward to people screaming FAIL, HOAX, hahaha yada yada.
My prediction has nothing to do with information from anyone. It comes right out of my heart. You know that sinking feeling inside when something bad about to occur.

Between Oct 31st to Nov 20.
Location in Asia "indirect" something to do with APEC meeting.
There may be some or many "casualties".
The media will make a big deal out of it. "war on terrorism" will be refreshed.
