absolutely majestic. They are a genetic mutation right? meaning that their of the same species as the other ones just a variance in dna? i dunno in ny they had a large population of albino dear on an airforce base... this reminded me of that

thanks =)

Wow, that is friggin nuts, i hope people appriceate what they are seeing pictures of.
I'm a hunter, no moose yet..(tags are a trick to get) But i also just enjoy watching nature, and the diffrent animals, i think thats the aspect of hunting that draws me to it. I dont care if i get anything, although nice to have the freezer full, but to just get out and enjoy nature and family, thats what its about.
But to see 2 of them.. i have watched many many moose, but never seen a albino , let alone 2 of them, as a hunter, i think i'd have to just sit and watch, and grab the camera as they did.. (always carry one with me out in the woods) Sure, many would love the chance to have one of them on the wall, but just to see them together.. i'd have to leave them be and enjoy what i got to see.

Nothing magical or a mutant.

Albino.

Edit, the only thing amazing is catching two of them in the same moment

But seriously how many times have you been out in the woods and seen moose? And how many times have you seen a albino?

I have seen thosuands of moose, but never a albino.
Prity rare site, let alone a pair of them. Extremely rare.
Lucky person who ever it was that got the shots.

I've seen many a moose in my day, but never a white one. S&F for showing me something new! These guys would have to be very rare! I would say that a white bull moose would be a hunter's wet dream!!

Personally (as a hunter) I wouldn't kill one of these. Far too special.

Thank you for sharing this
As I started looking at the pictures I was like hey I have actually seen a albino moose in my neck of the woods, as I made my way down the page I then realized this was my neck of the woods
Some of the local new stations and outdoor shows along with local magazines have done stories on them. We also have a good number of albino white tail deer in the area.

S&F for you
