If you are not aware of it growing in your body and you wait until you
have full blown cancer, well then you probly waited too long and prayer
is about all you have left anyway. (Has been proven to work btw)

However, if you were in tune with your body in the first place,
and took care of yourself, and are healthy,
it may never progress to where you even need chemo!

Nonsense. Lots of people suffer ill health of varying degrees, and it has nothing to do with their lifestyle (which is to say they don't bring it on themselves). Further...one may have chronic ill health and make huge contributions to the world about them, in fact, you have basically encouraged people to let their ill health define them, and define themselves as useless...wrong again.

Nonsense...by the time I was made aware of the cancer in my body, it was full blown, but still eminently treatable. That is the key to any treatment...be it alternative or standard...it works best when caught early on. Cancer kills...so does chemo...you bet the odds that the chemo kills the cancer before either one kills you.

Cancer happens everywhere and touches everyone...you can reduce the likelihood of some occurring, but lets not blame the victim.

I would respectfully submit that unless one has personally danced with the dragon...they have no idea.

I was originally diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour in 2002. I've had radiotherapy and chemo. Tumour came back in 2007, had more chemo, was all good until a few months ago when it came back again. It is an aggressive tumour, but the chemo has kept me alive for 10 years, I'm hoping it will work again and give me another 5 years.

I'm wel aware the chemo won't cure the tumour, but if it can stop it or slow it, then I will give it another shot. I can tolerate the regime, it's not as bad as you probably imagine.

When the chips are down, you take the options that are available to you. I see a lot on here about alternative cures and secret cures, but no one ever talks about the dosages or regime in which to use these treatments, it's all hearsay and anecdotal stories.

I do believe alternative treatments can compliment the western medical approach, but to replace it would be naive and dangerous

Follow the money! There are more people making money off cancer than there is people dying because of it. Fact.
