hi

im trying to find some interviews with the guy who in the 60s was famous for debunking all things UFO on american tv...hasnt he come out recently admitting he was paid to lie?

does anyone know this guys name or have links to these admissions?

perhaps you're talking about J. Allen Hynek who worked on project blue book and came up with the "swamp gas" theory. He later started the Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS) in 1973

He was briefly in the movie Close Encounters as well. Not be confused with Harland Sanders of KFC fame. Just giving u a heads up.

It should be noted that J. Allen Hynek did much more work in his latter years debunking his 'debunker past' than he did debunking UFO's. The perception that he was a debunker all his life is a myth.
