Doesn't this seem like a pretty obvious thing to do anyway?
If you have the weather conditions of course you can do this but what about the huge Icebergs out in the Arctic? Isn't this where huge amounts of Ice
is melting? This is where the focus is.... isn't it?
Somehow i dont think he will be able to use his technique to build a huge Iceberg!!
