I'm not trying to point at you directly. There is some in here getting pretty upset at home depot and not realizing the legal side of this if they
didn't take action against him.

Not that I know of, yet anyhow.
Its not a very defined area,
I "have to" allow the wearing of robes, scarfs, head gear, and can not require english, I also need to be mallable enough to know when to NOT push
an issue, that logically makes little sense, yet creates a built "on" not built "in" condition.
This to me (imo) constitutes a waste of time and is a non issue, and is non productive.
