This case has been going on for years now, surely that alone has been punishment enough for this man, all those years with the very real threat of decades in the 'pen' hanging over his head. Anyway, aside from that, what's this 'new' medical evidence? I know he has Asperger's syndrome but I've not read about anything new.

Reasons Obama should pardon or drop charges against him.

1) He hacked into the system, but got no critical info. IMO, if he had he would have met a bad accident years ago.

2) He has been punished enough through this long ordeal.

3) Bigger fish to fry.

4) Brownie points from the UK.
