I agree. Watching any MSM news outlet is only going to give you the agenda proposed by that outlet. You are not getting news, you are getting propaganda.

A smart person would take any news story and treat it like an ATS thread. Even if it sounds real good, without real proof, it's just a story.

Oh but let me guess "It's Media Matters! they are also Communist, Socialist, Marxist Terrorists!!!". Media Matter exposes mistakes in the media. You know for that pesky problem of accountability.

This vid is a picture perfect example of what is going on in right wing world.

I have read every retarded response to my question yet no one has yet to answer it.

Fox Noise DID create, sponsor and promote large demonstrations against this President and of the Government of the United States. They did not pay for you bus ticket moron, because if you think that is the only expense, well then there is no hope for you.

They created it, they sponsored it and they promoted it. They ceased to be an unbiased news organization and became a political operation.

Moreover, I could give a rats ### how well Fox does in ratings, but what I do care about is how they lie to the American public day in and day out to divide this nation. They lie to your face plain and simple.

The sad thing is you know they lie right to your face but you want to believe it so badly that you go along with it. Then you and a thousand other idiots meet up in Washington and sure enough they believe the lie to, so it must be real. Then you begin holding up your signs saying "Stop giving the First Lady Terrorist Fist Bumps" and "Watch out the black guy is going after Grand Ma". This site claims to deny ignorance yet in just these few pages IT IS LOADED WITH IT.



But you know what if you like being told that the President is a Communist, Socialist, Marxist who is going to make sure you get vaccinated and put into FEMA camps so you can sit in front of a death panel with Grand Ma be my guest. Do the back stroke in Lake Ignorance all you want.

But when the majority of us think that you are all (fill in your favorite phrase) don't be surprised and have a tisy.

Of course he isn't Anjin but you are missing the point Mate. It's all apart of their M.O.

Corporate funded looney says Obama is going to kill Grand Ma.

Political operatives pick up the talking point like Palin did.

Then people like O' Reilley and company on Fox broadcast as if it were true 24/7 for days on end. Not just on their opinion talk shows but throughout the entire day.

Than the "Liberal" or normal media pick up on it because everyone is talking about it giving it legitimacy.

Than sure enough people get fired or amendments get cut out all orginally based on a lie.

What Fox does is a text book example of propaganda or an intelligence operation. It all starts with an obnoxious lie carried forth by media personalities.

Bill O'Reilley isn't a journalist but he is a liar.

What about Chris Matthews when talking about the man with the assault rifle showing up to town hall meetings. They deliberately hid the fact that the man was black in order to push an agenda.
To me that is the same as lying.

For me, I get my news here mostly but I occasionally watch Fox in the evenings but I ALWAYS have my BS detector on and dialed in.

The main reason I defend Fox news is because they have the right to report how they want no matter if the President agrees with them or not.


The first instance of a man showing up with a gun to a town hall was white the second was black and was found to be a radio stunt. Not that the color of skin matters anyways.

Most news outlets suck but at the very least they are not lying to the public about how the President is going to imprison Americans or is a secret Muslim Keynan terrorist.

When the Star or The Sun rag magazines you see in groceries stores talk about how a man gave birth to an alien baby you don't see the N.Y. Times picking up the story and asking questions like is this true, maybe we should cover this story for the entire week 24/7. That would be giving that outlandish story some level of credibility.

Well that is exactly what Fox is doing. They get these talking points from political operatives like Sarah Palin, who gets it in turn from the insurance industry that Obama is out to kill Grand Ma with Death Panels.

Now anyone with 1/2 a functioning brain knows that is absolutely ridiculous and a complete lie. So instead of just letting this utterly retarded notion die and not cover it (like the N.Y. Times would do to the Sun or Star rag mags) they cover it, over and over and over, and over again.

Than here is where it gets really bad, the regular media picks up the story and they run with it. Mainly because its sensationalism but because Fox is getting all these ratings. That action gives the story credibility. That is what the President is arguing about. The fact that Fox has no credibility is nothing new, but what is new is that regular news sources are running the story and that is the problem.

Than as a consequence an admendment gets struck out of a bill that would allow medicare reciepients the money to meet with their doctor for an hour to go over how they would like to die when that day comes and what their options are. Just a measley $100 bucs so some old guy with Cancer will know what his options are.

We see alot of conspiracies on ATS but if this isn't a text book definition of brainwashing and controlling legislation through propaganda I don't know what is.

Republicans screamed that Obama was going to brain wash kids in school yet they fail to realize how Fox fed them that crap to begin with. They are the real brain wash operation.

Because I would bet many Conservatives here are decent, intelligent and compassionate people who would if you sat down with them at a kitchen table would absolutely agree that medicare should cover a measely hour for an old person to meet with their Doctor about their options when they die. But all it took was the industry, political operatives and Fox News to do the insurance companies bidding.

That is the truth.

Seeing the first couple of pages of people bickering and insulting one another makes me glad I turned off my TV and stopped being brainwashed by ALL of the garbage propaganda-spewing "news" stations which are nothing more than herd-steering mediums for TPTB, who LOVE this endless fighting of the little people, because it allows them to keep the endless flip-flopping of the two-party crime family servants they keep selecting to violate us all firmly in place, admin after admin. While all the "little people" attack one another and "which party is better", they are setting up their next robbery, their next war, etc., etc., etc....

Sigh.

I completely agree that they have the right to report how they want - just like we all have the right to accept it or not; Regardless if the President agrees or not. I do find it odd that a Mass Media Network that is so anti Obama and has so many close ties to not only Rep. but the Bushs' themselves; would openly speak so badly against the President ... I mean I'm all for freedom of speech and the press but aren't they totally contradicting that whole Patriot Act that was so neccessarily put into place? Do as I say don't do as a I do I guess. Dont have someone tell you what's going on find out for yourself .
