If you check Reinhardt's site it's all related to Legatus.
George Mitchell is on his way back to Israel, btw, to negotiate a treaty.
He's also a member of Legatus.

if FEMA and CDC enact their emergency plans... America is gonna burn by civil war... it's all coming together perhaps this is the pre-cursor to the October 24th-28th projected event.
At least two constitutional rights are subject to revocation during a state of emergency:
The right of habeas corpus, under Article 1, Section 9;
The right to a grand jury for members of the National Guard when in actual service, under Fifth Amendment.
In addition, many provisions of statutory law are contingent on a state of national emergency, as many as 500 by one count.[ex/]
There were 32 declared national emergencies between 1976 and 2001. [2] Most of these were for the purpose of restricting trade with certain foreign entities

It IS good to hear the alternate view. The problem is tens of thousands die of normal flu every year. No declaration of a pandemic. No mass vaccinations. No state of emergency.
There's more to this than meets the eye, the reality of H1N1 notwithstanding.

If you actually read that article you will see that this is a pre-emptive stance to a potential national disaster as opposed to a reactive stance to one as we saw in Katrina.
Some people are not happy no matter what their governments are doing.
We are already seeing entire schools close with this, the signs are there... this is the move that has to be made to ensure funds are available AHEAD OF TIME.
Not sure what world you are living in, but as I stated, in my world, H1N1 is real.
