New Media Portal Accounts Disabled?

Hi folks,

I'm fairly new here and was trying to logon to the media portal. I then realized it needs a new account. When I tried to register a new account, I was told it was disabled.

Sometimes, I get the urge to circle or outline something on a picture and I'd like to share it with the other members.

Is there a reason new registrations is disabled? Is there an alternative way for me to share photos?

User your ATS username and password to log into the media portal.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I tried using my current ATS ID & PW, but it didn't recognize it.

I get "Incorrect username or password. Please try again!"

So, I tried to reset my PW. and the system didn't recognize the name ByteChanger.

* No matches were found for the username you entered.

I can sign out and back in on the ATS forum no problem. So, I'm entering the right ID & PW...

Change your ATS password here. And then, try again. That should work

trying to get into pictures folder and when asked for id and password, once entered , nothing happens, no access, page stays the same... any help?

Login to media@abovetopsecret.com via the main page first. Then go to your pictures folder. See if that works.

nothing, just the same page, no changes, not even an error message

You mean that you can't login to media@abovetopsecret.com with your ATS username and password? If so, do the change-password routine as described above, and then try again.

i can log out and log in as a member, but when i attempt to say, change an avatar it asks for an ID and password yet when entered nothing happens, nothing, the page remains unchanged and if i select upload media it say permission denied no access

changed password and still behaving the same

Even if your current password works on ATS, change the password as described above, and then login to media@abovetopsecret.com and follow the rest of the steps I mentioned. If you want to keep you current password, change it first, and then change it back.

You did login to media@abovetopsecret again after you changed your password, right?

did it changed password, attempted access to media as directed, was taken to another login page (did not open media)
attempted to then login on that page, and ended up with same page (2nd page)
can not access.

Taken to another login page? You're supposed to enter your ATS username and password directly on the main page (on the right side)

...and if you're already logged in to media@abovetopsecret.com, log out of media@abovetopsecret.com and then back in again as described.

yes sir, thats the original starting page, then i was taken to another login in page, the one you go to when you try to access your photos from your ats settings menu, yes sir thats whats happening

Try these steps and see if you can upload a new image or change your avatar.

Ive followed all of helmuts suggestions, the tutorial, and i even clicked on sign up now, and it says sign ups disabled,

just an fyi.....still no access
