Does any of this sound familiar folks or am I just pontificating.

Poem from Pastor Martin Niemöller (1892–1984)

First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a communist.

Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew;

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak out for me.

A list of what our government has been doing.

  1. Both parties have given the Mega Banks vast sums of money. Which was supposedly to lend to us. Both parties have instituted a pillaging of our banks and have printed approximately 30 Trillion dollars in Fiat money.

  2. Both parties have lied to our faces and told us everything will be fine. Nothing to see here.

  3. Both parties have instituted pillaging of smaller banks and setting wages for bank employees that have never received any bailout money, based on that they are regulated by the government. What is not regulated and who is next?

  4. Both parties have instituted the takeover of the automobile industry.

  5. Both parties have divided the people by their constant lies against each other and about us.

  6. The White house now has decided to start attacking a leading news source here in the US.

  7. If the Republicans actually wanted to help the American People, why have they not just left Washington? They cannot stop any bills. Just boycott the system. But they are in on it.

  8. The federal reserve has created 30 Trillion dollars out of thin air and we are not allowed to know where it has gone. That is our debt folks.

  9. They are weeks away from taking control of all health care.

  10. Cap and Trade will be the largest tax increase in mankinds history. Also the largest takeover of an economy since Stalin.

  11. The small family farms in America, have been destroyed by corruption with Mega Agri-Business.

  12. Both parties instituted laws that made it impossible to not give out unsecured loans and instituted trading on credit derivatives that were worthless.

  13. Both parties pass UNCONSTITUTIONAL Laws and enforce the other parties decisions, hell even expand them.

  14. Both parties enact trade laws to the detriment of the American People.

First they wiped out the farmers, but I was not a farmer-so I did not speak out!

Next they attacked the war protesters, but I was not a war protester-so I did not speak out!

Next they called returning veterans and conservatives terrorists, but I was neither-so I did not speak out.

Next they wiped out the builders, but I was not a builders-so I did not speak out!

Next they wiped out the Auto Manufactuers, but I was not an Auto Manufactuer-so I did not speak out!

Next they denied 2 million people showed up to protest out of control government, but I was not there-so I did not speak out!

Next they wiped out the small bankers, but I was not a banker-so I did not speak out.

Next they attacked the New Media, but I was not in News Media-so I did not speak out!

Next they set their sights on the Health Care industry, but I am not a nurse-so I keep my mouth shut.

Next they will institute the largest tax increase ever and the largest takeover of capitalism in the free world, by the largest fraud in mankind's history-but I will not speak out.

LASTLY, ONCE EVERYONE IS BROKE AND STARVING AND THEY HAVE DIVIDED THE COUNTRY TO THE BREAKING POINT-IN COMES MARTIAL LAW FOR OUR OWN SAFETY!
AND THAT IS WHEN IT IS TOO LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!BECAUSE YOU ARE NOW ALONE!

When will you quit your bull# and back your fellow Americans. Left this, Right that, Dem this, Repub that. ****

Or is that just too damn much to ask?

edit to spell capitalist correctly-THANKS

I agree 1000% and that is why I signed the 2009 Declaration of Independence, and why I've forwarded its link to everyone I know, and why I believe it is time for "no more talk" and "time for action" and this has GOT to pop soon.

First they came for the politicians, and I did not speak out—because I was not a politician

Then they came for the bankers, and I did not speak out—because I was not a banker

Then they came for the lobbyists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a lobbyist

Then they came for the came-forists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a came-forist

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak out for me.

The word is "capitalist" with an A - as in, those in service to capital. Such as your serfy little selves.

"They" aren't coming for anyone. In case you haven't noticed, the people you believe are coming for the capitalists... are the capitalists. It's also worth noting that since money is a finite resource and he with the most makes all the decisions in our "democracy", a strike against the high end of capitalists actually helps you out - unless you're in that top 20%, where all it does is bring you closer to the rights of other Americans.

I was making an Analogy, with a Capital A.

And I do not think we are allowed to talk about serfs. They are too much above us. The average serf was allowed to keep about 75% of what they earned. I believe we pay the lords and masters 75% of what we earn.

Also wondering, if you read my post? Because the attacks are not physical. The first is the attack on the farmers. That by regulation attacks to allow the Mega Agri-Business to take over. Just try to understand the other people's side before you deride them.

STAR FOR EVERYONE. No more division, no more attacks, just-

NO MORE!

Really, I think votes should be weighted according to net worth so that if it is, say, one-billion dollars, your vote counts as one-billion votes. I was thinking about an amendment to make it official. Right now, America, she's being too hypocritical.

C'mon, pplz, get behind me here!

You know just the other day I wrote myself an IOU. The amount was 2.3 Trillion. I than made a loan to the entity I like to call me, than I paid back the loan(with another IOU) with interest of 2.3 Billion. I had just created 2.3 Billion dollars out of thin air. SWWWEEET!

I get 2.3 Billion votes. I think I am going to be the next PRESIDENT.

You've got it backwards, my pocket-dwelling friend.

Deregulation is what allowed the mega-farms to consolidate. Corporate personhood, that wet dream of the capitalist, is what allows those farms to sue the smaller farmers out of business, and then buy their land on the cheap. The same applies to other sectors of business.

Hyper-capitalism is worse for capitalism than socialism has ever been.

Oh, you are one of those, I am sorry to tell you this, my all knowing opponent. I have lived my whole life in farm communities. In many locals, one being Fresno another where I grew up, will not mention it. Also, grew up on a farm.

Where exactly do you get your info, the TV new, or elsewhere. And if you call be a money whore again? You do not know me. Are you on here to just attack me? If you are, than good day, NO I SAID GOOD DAY.

How can a small farmer compete with corporations that get their politicians to enact huge complicated regulations. That no one can meet, even the big corporations. You know how they do it? It is called bribery. But of course, I am sure you will come back and say that is the Right wingers and the Repubs next, correct?

We have not had capitalism in America since the 70's. Take a couple of courses in a school that actually teaches the truth. We have a corporate/fascist economic system. And both parties are involved. Or did you miss the Dems voting for BOTH Tarp and Tarf.

Do not come to a battle of wits unarmed.

And now I say GOOD DAY!

edit to add the ONLY deregulation that was enacted was anti-monopoly laws. And I guess those damn Repubs were the only ones to vote for that?

First they came for the Politicians, and I laughed—because I was not a Politician.

Then they came for the Bankers, and I laughed—because I was not a Banker

Then they came for the Auto Makers, and I laughed—because I was not a Auto Maker.

Then they came for me, and I laughed—because I was nowhere to be found.

WSHTF survivalists will laugh at the rest of you.

I'd say I'm one of those to a degree. Unfettered greed does have a way of self-consuming. I honestly don't know what sort of system will not fall to corrupion unless humans change. I also cannot deny that what would resupply the heads in a revamped or restored government at this point wouldn't be any less prone to temptations.

In a system of free markets what is the first thing anyone who builds up enough "clout" is going to do but try to make it easier for themselves to get more "clout"? Where would they start? I think you know.

I cannot escape the conclusion that the world simply reflects the people regardless of how much it seems it does not and perhaps they have been brainwashed to strive in ways they otherwise would naturally not have. Well, it doesn't matter if they were, you get the same thing-- a reflection.

Yea like in most aspects of life people ignore that which does not directly affect them. Soon none will be left untouched. Some will be sheep and blindly follow. The rest well....

I believe, opinion here, the cause of all of this is ourselves. That is why I wrote this thread. For myself, I am not a greedy person. When I ran a business, other contractors got very pissed with the wages I paid. I was paying twice the market. I wanted devoted and hardworking employees. I took 20% off the top for the sale and my business. If I worked on a project I took the same cut as the employees. I paid the 80% divided evenly amongst the employees on that job.

We the people are the power behind our government. We have failed in our jobs to pay attention to what these narcissistic and corrupt politicians have done. If their was a true poll right now, I would bet that 80% of this nation would want ALL politcians out. Including all of their appointees and another 75% of the Federal employees.

But the ENDISNIGHE, as I say.
