The article goes on to mention some other crazy stuff like lasers for mosquitoes and some other more conventional ideas like preserving vaccines near villages....

But this one... the hose to the sky... I kinda like this one... I know others will completely freak out over it and blame my own opinion on some character flaw or age or what have you, but I am all for learning how to impact the weather on this planet with a specific intent.

Call me crazy, but I think we need to leave Mother Earth to affecting the weather...and we should stay out of her business.

I have a theory, if everyone pisses in the wind it will increase the humidity levels and act like a swamp cooollaa. Where do they find these guys?
