Sounds pretty bizarre to me. Like something out of a movie. What if it's another hoax? When did October become the month of hoax?

It can't be Kara unless she purchased colored contact lenses kara had hazel eyes and this girl has blue, impossible if it's natural color.

This poor girl was a test subject in one of the government's deep, dark, top secret projects. It is possible that this chick is either an agent, or a test subject, better yet, an escapee. It is not outside the realm of possibility that either her handlers or an inside job helped her escape.

Look at this chick's hair, this looks like she had her head shaved and just recently had it growing again.

UPDATE!

Seems they have figured out who this young lady is:

A photo of the woman, who has been referred to as Jane Doe, was circulated by police and aired on CNN this week. The viewer in Maryland was familiar with her situation and knew she had been missing from her family earlier this month.

Yeah, sure. She's being "reunited with her family", but they don't release the name of the family. Uh-huh. More like she's being returned to her handlers never to be heard from again.

The original article stated that she was able to "easily retain" information she had learned after they found her.

So if that's the case, then why would she not remember anything from before she was found? They make it sound like she'd been drifting around for a long time before she was found.

So this explanation totally conflicts with the facts established about her story.

Another situation just got "cleaned up". Nothing to see here folks, move along now...

Seems pretty plausible to me. It doesn't say that she remembers her family. Obviously her family remembered her. They probably missed her deeply (or have been abusing her for years thus causing her amnesia and now get the chance to keep torturing this child)

The family needs to be interviewed.

Over the years, there have been many reports of adults and children that have been "found" under similar circumstances. In the early days of mental practice, these people were placed in institutions and subjected to untold test and experiments by their caretakers.
Some were found to be "traumatized" by personal events related to abuse of one kind or another. Some were related to "mental" illness and still others were proven to be ploys to escape situations and/ or realities.
However, there were the ones that had claimed abduction scenarios, that were diagnosed as being delusional. Not because of the abduction itself, but for the details that they claim were their experience.
Dependent on what you read, listen too or believe, there appears to be an increase in the number of these "subjects" being found through the world. The number of these persons being discovered have been at odd places, times and circumstances. Many do not recall anything and we never hear about them again. Others are young children, toddlers that are discovered various distances from their homes, in the middle of the night or early morning hours having "left" their secured homes under mysterious circumstances.
There has been and is something going on that remains unexplained and un-investigated whether it be parental neglect, accidental or otherwise...
Don't be surprised if it should be "abductions" carried out by "retarded" grey aliens that were rushed by a waking parent.

This is not Kacie Peterson is it? She was found in Times Square recently with memory missing. Friends in Washington state recognized her picture in a news article and her father came to take her home.

At any time there are several students who vanish.

The highest profile disappearance is Morgan Harrington. She attended a Metallica concert got outside and was refused reentry. Police have confirmed many of her actions until she was last seen attempting to hitch a ride near the John Paul Jones concert arena.

VisionAndPsychosis.Net proposes these students are Subliminal Distraction exposure victims. There are other cases on the Missing Students,Dissociative Fugue, andMysterious Disappearances pages.

This is fascinating subject. The first recognized cases appeared in 1880's France ("Mad Travelers," Hacking). It appears even in primitive societies where colorful names are given to such behaviors. Lost Hunter is one of them.
